100% travel on a daily basis. A minimum of two years nursing experience within the past three to five years. background in hospice, home care, or med surg preferred.Job Specific Details:Full-Time Position: Field Case Manager. Daily local travel required; mileage reimbursement provided.
Currently registered/licensed in the state, and in good standing with the Board.
