Our recent growth has propelled MedAssurant as a true leader in the medical informatics field. Our Care Management Product Team is seeking to add a Product Director. The role is responsible for end-to-end product development and on-going performance management for all aspects of CCS Advantage. The role seeks superior clinical outcomes, client ROI, and profitability for MedAssurant. These results rely on defining and executing the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) by developing end-to-end business processes for CCS Advantage, its respective components alignment with the technology platform and correlating system integration with internal and third party systems. The role will have a direct tie to account management with the objective of maximizing sales revenues, market share, and profit margins by keeping in close contact with market demands. The role must balance both strategic and tactical activities and establish a significant leadership role within a matrixed environment.

The responsibilities and duties of this position include:

• Lead all aspects of the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) within the established governance including prioritization of the product roadmap, defining product conceptual enhancements, leading business and clinical requirement gathering, alignment with technology teams, drive analytical support needs; assess product budget and cash flow forecasting, product break-even analysis, and profitability analysis.
• Lead the product implementation including facilitation of ensuring all designated projects and their respective stage of development (i.e., design, requirements gathering, build, test, train, convert) are met on time, on budget and according to written requirement specifications. This will include the coordination of teams within and outside of Care Management such as call center and in-market operations, IT, medical and integration with core company products.
• Provide hands-on operations and execution support for product rollout initiatives, including application development, operational execution, financial and accounting coordination, and business development efforts;
  Assist in the formulation of competitive research analysis, peer-group comparisons, product research and development, sales strategies, human resource requirements, and market opportunity analysis;
• Assist in product marketing focusing on positioning and outbound messaging, up-selling or supportive to business development for expansion of business, identification of partners, monitoring the competition
• Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties as may be provided to the Employee by any designated supervisor or the Company verbally, or in writing, from time to time in the ordinary course of business.

Job Requirements:

• 8+ years of product development experience preferably in disease or care management; risk adjustment experience preferred
